Hi, I'm Jess!
I'm the owner and lead wedding designer behind Wildflower Event Co. in the Pacific Northwest. The PNW not only offers breathtaking backdrops, but inspiration for spectacular decor.
I curate weddings that tell your story. Your story as individuals finding their way through life and the story of the life you build together. As your wedding planner, my mission is to make sure every detail comes together seamlessly so you can fully embrace your day; surrounded by love and the people who feel like home.
With a lifelong background in hospitality, I’m deeply passionate about creating meaningful experiences and making those around me feel seen and heard.
When I’m not crafting dreamy wedding details or sipping a cup of coffee, you’ll find me hiking through the mountains, in the yoga studio, or planning my next travel adventure. If you're dreaming of a wedding outside the PNW, I’m all in, passport at the ready!

My Assistant Coordinators
Amanda and Jody are here to ensure your day runs seamlessly from start to finish. Whether assisting with setup and décor, coordinating vendor deliveries, managing bussing, or handling teardown at the end of the night, these two are true workhorses. While one coordinator is often sufficient, adding Amanda and/or Jody provides an extra level of support that helps your entire day feel effortless. Their involvement allows you to relax and remain fully present, free from any logistical tasks. This is an excellent enhancement to any coordination package!
